[Dx-qsl] K1B: Lists

I am in the same position as Jim.  I'm not on either list, but have not
received anything either.  I received my CW confirmations from YT1AD a
couple of months ago.

My gut feeling is I also made a contribution to someone's pocket, but
where do we go from here?
