Hi Folks,

On December 14th during the 10m contest, I worked a station signing
ST0T on 10m cw.  I later saw that he was spotted on a couple of
packetclusters, but I've seen and heard nothing more.  Does anybody
know who this station is/was, and how to QSL to him?
