I received more details about missing mail sent to RZ3AA.


As per e-mail complaints 120 request did not get through at all.
About 200 letters were opened and deprieved of its valuable content.
Small number did not have sufficient postage. Namely QSL can host 4
QSOs, and there were people with much more QSO confirmation requests.
As a rule, they confirmed 4, and sent the rest via the bureau.

In Roman's view the disappearance rate is too high, and much worse that
they expected. That is why they recommend IRCs, rather than cash for
repeted requests.
