I got one from him after about 7 months. Dunno about reliable, but one did
come through.
If you're looking for 7X, however, 7X4AN is always cruising around 10, 25
and 20 m. He was very good at QSLing for a few months back, but after
working him on 10 and 20M, I've seen nothing in a while, so maybe he's back
to being slow to respond again as well. I don't know what he runs, but when
15 is almost dead to Europe and Africa he's in there 5x7 or better. Must be
some setup.
