[Dx-qsl] S21AR - Direct or QSL Manager?

Hi Dino,
I sent mine to JA1UT. I sent it on 26/02/02 and  received S21AR's card 
back on 14/06/02. There seemed to be conflicting information at the time 
and I just took my chances. Good luck.
