[Dx-qsl] WH7K Kure Island ?

I worked WH7K in the  2000 ARRL  10m. contest. My logging program showed 
it as Kure Island. When I originally tried to find a QSL route nothing 
showed up and I assumed it was a pirate. Today I was using Pathfinder 
and the Buckmaster data base showed  the call belonging to a  Sandra M. 
Pigg in Hi. It's strange because the call is not in the FCC data base. 
If you take a look at Buckmaster you'll see what I'm talking about. Does 
anyone know about this call? Did anyone else work this call in the 10m 
contest?  I need Kure on any band so before I write it off I thought I 
would check on the reflector.

When was the last known operation from Kure Island?
