[Dx-qsl] Fw: QSL for CT9L

Hi Ron, Kurt, etal:

   Just checked GOWIN [search].  Even though GOWIN shows WR6M, going
to the search function sends you to GOWIN which has the 'correct'
MGR as DJ6QT with his address.
