Hi Doug,

I don't think Joe has a published e-mail address. I thought he was a QSL 
black hold for a while, but I just received A61AJ correctly filled out from 
him last week, so I suspect the logs and/or cards have finally arrived back 
and the cards are going out. My QSO was in March of this year and the card 
arrived in December.
