   I received EP3PTT few days ago in registred mail enveloop directed
   from Iran.
   Sent mine in August with $1 and SAE. Op Ali CFMed my RTTY QSO
   for Dec. 2001 and sent me clear QSL (for my 12 meters CW QSO -Why ??)
