Bill Moore was at the Boxboro convention over the weekend.  AKA New England
Ham Convention.  subject of 7O came up.  He indicated that documentation for
7O/OH2YY and 7O1YGF was in hand and being reviewed.  his comment was:  both
look interesting but it could go either way.
