Will you be talking about the process as it is now, or you will be
talking about trends, and expecting developments like: many bureaus
running out of cash, and becoming incoming QSL bureaus only, way to many
stations asking for QSL direct, and the impact of LoTW on QSL traffic
which is due to start in a month?
