[Dx-qsl] QSL info for R1FJL

I have worked R1FJL and EX8W  on various bands.

Sent cards several times to manager UA3AGS with green stamps/IRC's.

Never had reply. I really need the cards for 300 confirmed, also LF contacts to complete 5BDXCC.

I came across site yesterday which stated there was a US address.

UA3AGS,  Sergi, PO Box 196,  Pepperell, MA 01463-0196.

Is this a mail drop, if so anyone used it with success? Can it be used for Europe? Any help
appreciated.
