[Dx-qsl] 3B9FR QSL ???

Sent my QSL's direct  on 5 occasions with green stamps and IRC's.
Never received a reply. However, all is not lost.
3B9FR now has a QSL manager....F6FNU.
Sent my card to him, received 3B9FR's QSL for 10/15/20m in 8days.
His QSL manager requires SAE+2IRC's.
