[Dx-qsl] V51AS

I see Frank, V51AS is now signing A25/V51AS. I recently rec'd a card
confirming V51AS on 15 meter CW contact but I sent for four contacts.
On the reverse side it has the following comment.

I can give you a special card with all all our contacts. It is a card about
the absolutely beautiful nature in Namibia. You can choose between
Sleeping Lion, Dunes of Namib Dessert, and Plants of the Desert. Send
me a list of contacts and $5. U.S.

He also states not to send IRC's as they cannot be changed. I sent my card
on April 9. 2000 and rec'd the card from him on July 5, 2001.

This may sound stupid but I sent for the three missing contacts on June 29, 
2002
with a five dollar bill enclosed so I will see what happens.

This is just a FYI as others may want to take his practices into consideration
before throwing away a lot of money. I see his email address is NoQSL@QSL.NET.
I sent a email to that address and thus far it has not bounced so maybe he is
trying to tell us something ?
