[Dx-qsl] Fwd: 7z1ac good for dxcc?

Has his QSL manager been contacted to see if the QSL manager can resolve
the issue with the DXCC desk.

I have 7Z1AC on 20 and 15 SSB and 17 mobile SSB and have not yet
submitted the cards.
