Received my QSL cards today. I had two QSOs on PSK31. Both of  these QSOs
were marked as 0 for the RST. Did you guys receive the same reports 
on PSK31 and will they be accepted by the ARRL?

In reply to this message I will confess that I was the PSK31 operator for
this DXpedition.  It was an error on my part when I set up the logging
file I did not include the direction to auto log 599 for all QSO's.

If you will return the card to my callbook address in Missouri, I will
return your card and your postage stamp.  

Bill had been correcting it on all the labels but it appears that one
slipped by.

My fault -  I will take the care of it.
