If anyone would like to donate IRCs, etc, to this effort, I would be more than happy to act as a 'middle man' for this.  I will exchange IRCs, etc at the post office or 'qsl manager' sale rate, and forward to Al via Paypal.  If you send to me, put a note in the letter to what you are trying to do, and I'll email you to let you k now how much was sent to Al.  I'll also put your call on the paypal transaction.  I can also take Euro if that helps...
