[Dx-qsl] EP3PTT via LA7JO

Shelby,        I received EP3PTT via LA7JO yesterday.  It was also for a 15
meter contact with Stig on January 4,2002.  I sent it within a couple of
days of the contact to the same address you did. It was post marked Iran.
Looks like he's a bit behind on QSLing!
