Very interesting... but UA3AGS was NEVER manager for R1AND.
It's similar to F/HH2HM in this case.
And place for this card is garbage basket.
If you worked R1AND before 24 Dec'1999 - manager is RW1AI.
And for QSOs after 25 Dec'1999 - manager is DL5EBE.
