I talked with OE1HGW and here is the new email address is:

The old provider does not exist any more. This wrong email address is still
in Buckmaster but is correct in QRZ.COM. I talked with him that you are
needing a QSL for FR7AM/E from 1971 when he operated from there. Please
contact him under the new email address.
