I hesitate to bring this up because I sincerely do NOT want to criticize the
operation as I certainly appreciate the efforts made to put a rare one on
the air, but has the Russian postal system improved any lately? With
thousands of QSL requests going to a Moscow PO Box, how many GS's/donations
are going to "disappear"? Are we going to have to organize group registered
mailings to make sure we get cards? I think it would have been a better
idea to either use a stateside manager or get a mail drop in a "safe"
country. Just thinking out loud....
