Wonderful - we get to play Russian Postal Roulette with our greenstamps =
and QSL cards.  You would think they could have picked an address in =
country without a mail theft problem.  I'll bet the Russian Postal =
employees will be having a ball rifling through all of those envelopes =
that will start coming in.  Are they accepting buro cards?
