[Dx-qsl] Buro/No Buro QSL Managers

Hi all,

If I remember correctly, there was a discussion here awhile back
about QSL managers that DON'T respond to buro QSL requests.

I have learned that John-K1XN, of the GOLIST, is going to make an
effort to track information on the Buro preference of various QSL
managers, such as "Direct Prefered-Buro OK", "Direct or Buro OK",
"Direct Only", etc.

So, if you are a manager, drop John a note listing your
preference for QSL's and what stations that you manage.  John's

BTW, before I get jumped on, I have no connection to the GOLIST.
