Hi!

I found following info:
J88BK via WN5K(since 1984 to present time).
YU3KI/5N0 via YU3KI, but he can change callsign after Yugoslavia was
disintegrate.
EL2AK via IK8DYD, SM4CWY
A61AH via KA5TQF, but I had no answer via direct or bureau.
DU's, KL7's, VR2's, 3B8's and JT's always answering via direct.
But some guys also sure send QSL's via bureau(DU7HMA, many KL's and
etc).
V73X via KH7R(ex KH6HH)
FM5CD via KU9C
FP5BZ(received via bureau very quickly) via F5TJP
A41KJ via N5FTR(N5FTR send QSL's to bureau only one or two times in
year)
Hope this help.

73!
