Hello everybody,
I have many QSLs to send and I prefer to use buro instead of directs. I do
not want to wait two years to get a card back with " not member"
information.
So, I decided to ask you: are there somewhere lists of QSL managers who do
not answer via buro? I see that sometimes in 425DXNews bulletins but it
needs long time to check each call.
May be we all could make the list like that?
