       The days of hundreds of QSLs coming to us via the bureau from
       the infamous Box 88 are long gone. Getting a QSL from Russia
       or the CIS states these days is a lottery with lots of losers.
       Anyone out there who can help is worth his weight in gold.
       So what that he is making a rouble or two out of it - he is providing
       a service. And he is honest enough to say that he does not use the
       bureau.
       Who uses the bureau these days anyway? A three-year turnround
       and 30 percent returns from the USA or UK makes me wonder why
       I bother.
