[Dx-qsl] INFO? KN0E/KH3 may 1989

Steve,     Went back and dug this card out of my collection. Your right it
does have an APO address on it but it also lists K9UIY as manager. The
contact was for Oct. 1989 and I sent the QSL in Aug. 2001. You might double
check first by  e-mailing the manager at k9uiy@aol.com
