Yes the ARRL keeps a record (actually your previous application) and
will make a copy for you if you request it.  I was in a similar
situation with nearly 20 years of relative inactivity and was able to
get a copy from the League.  I recall there was a $1.50 charge to cover
postage and copying costs.  I'm nearly ready to make a new submission
and understand that they will enter the old data into their computer at
the same time.  The old lists do not include band data, IIRC.
