[Dx-qsl] Contest QSLs and others

Ah yes....The big non qsling contester....one of my biggest pet 
peeves...whether contesting or not US stations should not have any reasons 
not to QSL so long as the SASE etc is rec'd...Here is my list of contesters 
to avoid....cards with the usual and e-mails have been sent to these with no 
reply to either....and the mail didnt bounce and some where on AOL so I even 
know when  they read it ...all these are from pre 2000...Topping my DUD list 
is :
 K8CC...whether he is DX or 160m in the US he keeps my stamps....my last 
e-mail from him was a year ago Feb. and he was whining abt how many 1000 Q's 
he/they make and what a mess his QSLing is....blah blah blah......AVOID THIS 
ONE....

I dont know if these DX  ones are non qslers and non e-mailers or what ....I 
only know what I know...NO CARDS..and its sad that the US guys seem worse
