I noticed you are still using local currencies for I and PA. I just
returned from Europe and the members of the European Union have completely
changed over to the Euro as of 1/1/02, the local currency is no longer in
use. One Euro is very close to one USD at about 88 cents. The problem is
One and Two Euros are coins only. The smallest paper money is 5 Euros. I
brought a bunch of 5 and 10 Euro notes back with me to send to members of
the European Union who are QSL managers for rare DX or DXpeditions.
Otherwise I will use 1 or 2 USD for the common European DX QSL cards.
BTW, it is the same in England, 1 or 2 pounds are coins, the smallest paper
money is 5 pounds, but 5 pounds is about 7.25 USD at a rate of 1.44.
