[Dx-qsl] Contest QSLs

Ron,
It seems a great many USA stations don't QSL at all, as there are some in
VK, but because there as Sooooo Many more US Hams, Its much more of a QSL
Lottery, I've found.... and I haven't tried to QSL every state because of
it.....
I do believe that if YOU are a Contester, You MUST be able to QSL.  I have
received My Own QSL Card back with a Rubber stamp Info on the back of
it........I suppose its legal.....but not very nice.....
