[Dx-qsl] hopping on the oldies bandwagon - XF4L '89??

you guys have inspired me to look through the logs for ones i've missed.  
it's amazing how many good ones i've worked that i don't have confirmed on 
one band or another.

i found one for XF4L.  not only do i need it for a couple of bands, but i 
need it on cw.

any help out there?  (it might have been a finnish operation because i have 
the operator's name as martti - and we all know who that is!)
