I've also received QSL's from 7X4AN (direct) in the past.  And he's had a
good reputation in the past.

Sounds like if he hasn't returned the card by now, he may not have gotten
the request, so it might be time to ask again.

I exchanged cards with 7X4AN last year. I sent my cards with an SASE to the
QRZ.com address.

I mailed the cards 22 April 2001 and received his cards in return 16 July
2001.
