[Dx-qsl] ST4/WZ6C and KG4EC received

Hello!
Well, Monday WAS a good mail day, but none of the envelopes had
international postmarks.  =)

KV4T received ST4/WZ6C direct via K4JDJ.  This was an old one...1990, and he
didn't think he'd ever be able to confirm his only contact with ST.  Kudos
to W4FRU and K4JDJ for keeping old logs open.

I received KG4EC direct via KU4EC for an 80m CW contact.

The turnaround for both cards was two weeks at the most.
