[Dx-qsl] Does anyone have access to the 1994 and 1995 logs of EL2PP?

The problem with Monica, EL2PP is that the original logs were lost after
a raid on her home in Liberia forced her to evacuate on very short
notice. She was not able to save the logs as she only had time to grab
her essentials and run for her own safety with her family. She was lucky
to get out alive. N2CYL (Toni) had maintained daily schedules with
Monica. Toni is a casual friend of mine and the whole experience bothered
her alot. She did confirm QSO's over the air and as such, all those QSO's
were confirmed. But she did not know what had happened to Monica and the
logs for years after the raid. We did help her locate Monica in Italy a
few years ago and confirmed that she was OK and that the actual paper
logs were destroyed/lost in the raid. N2CYL has been deluged with QSL
requests and had held the cards for years hoping that EL2PP would contact
her about the logs... I recommended to her that she should return all the
cards and offered to help her in any way that I could but I do not know
what she eventually did do.... 
I feel secure in saying that you should not bother Toni N2CYL for EL2PP
cards as she simply does not have logs for any QSO's except for those
that were confirmed in skeds over the air with EL2PP. The actual logs
were lost.
