Must agree with Joe.  I don't need 23 e-QSL's from one station just because
we happen to contact that many times over the course of some contests.  ARRL
needs to seriously consider what it will do and the impacts for those
amateurs who are not set up with computers and the internet, and there is a
very large number of these I find as I try to track down stations with cards
on file here at the bureau.  Just in the K section along I must have several
thousand cards for stations for which I cannot locate an email address.
