[Dx-qsl] Who knows something about 4L1MI

I worked him in 1995.
The only information  I could find is a street address in QRZ.COM. But how 
old?
4L1MI was not spotted between 1997 - 2001 and not mentioned in my 28 MB large 
database of DX-related informations and not on the Internet. So I wonder if 
he is still in the country
