[Dx-qsl] Who had also a QSO with 9L2DG in the beginning of the 90's?

Because I can't find any info about Dave 9L2DG I wonder if I have miscopied 
the call
My QSO was in February 1992 and he said QSL via 9L-Bureau what never worked 
for ME. What was the Operator's homecall?
