[Dx-qsl] QSL Received In December

Two very good ones found my mailbox this month.

JT1CO via direct through W3HNK. This one took over 5 years and two direct
requests to Mongolia. The third time was the charm. Joe is *not* the
manager for JT1CO but he was able to relay some requests during a one time
offer to help back in October.

XW2A via direct. Less than a 3 week turnaround for XW0A and XW2A QSO's. I
sent 2 IRC's and SAE.

These were number #282 and #283 DXCC for me.
