Michel is now resident in Tamatave, Madagascar.  I believe his QTH there
is listed in QRZ.

I tried to meet up with him during my short visit to Tamatave, but it
didn't work out.  

Mail theft is *VERY* prevalent in Madagascar.  The best, but by no means
guaranteed route is to use INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED mail to his Tamatave
address, and to include sufficient greenstamps for him to be able to
sent his reply via INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED mail.
