I've found the best way is to list the name and complete address, then just
Reunion, France and the French zip code, not even mentioning island in the
address.  The USPS will send it direct to France and the French postal system
will take care of getting it to Reunion as domestic mail.  I've gotten a return
on every QSL I've ever sent to Reunion doing it that way.  The tip came from
Bob Locker's (W9KNI) book "The Complete Dxer"  and it works.
