[Dx-qsl] IRC chart updates needed

I maintain a info site that lists how many IRC's or GS's are needed for
return qsl cards from non USA locations.
The site can be found at:
http://www.qsl.net/w9ol/

I ONLY ACCEPT UPDATED IRC or GS info from sources living in the country they
are reporting on.

With the upcoming postage change to Euro denominations, some help is needed.

I invite all non-USA hams to email me any changes that need to be made.
