From wsplawn at att.net Tue Feb 21 18:39:25 2017 From: wsplawn at att.net (Wayne) Date: Tue, 21 Feb 2017 15:39:25 -0800 Subject: [DSP-10] 1500 pf feed-through capacitors needed for DSP-10 build Message-ID: <002101d28c9b$bc9d9870$35d8c950$@att.net> Greetings, Looking to buy 1500pf feed-through capacitors, thread mount, 8-32UN. I already have some push-through / solder type mount but I'm hoping to find threaded mount capacitors. I would like a quantity of 20 or 21 but I could get by for now with just two to replace ones that were broken on a purchased EZ-Kit-Lite. I'm also building a KDSP-10 interface box hence the reason for wanting the larger quantity. Digikey and Mouser prices are $6.40 & $7.36 respectively - one or two at that price maybe but a quantity of 20 gets pretty steep in my opinion. Hoping someone can help out or suggest alternatives. Don't be too picky, these things are expensive due to the machining. there are many styles, so be sure you are ordering threaded units. Personally, I would go with the 1000 pf qty50/$6.00 ! -- Mike From wsplawn at att.net Sun Feb 26 00:34:34 2017 From: wsplawn at att.net (Wayne) Date: Sat, 25 Feb 2017 21:34:34 -0800 Subject: [DSP-10] 1500 pf feed-through capacitors needed for DSP-10 build In-Reply-To: <17210360.2967886.1487721697890@mail.yahoo.com> References: <002101d28c9b$bc9d9870$35d8c950$@att.net> <17210360.2967886.1487721697890@mail.yahoo.com> Message-ID: <000001d28ff2$033af9e0$09b0eda0$@att.net> Thank you W9XA and KD7TS for the information regarding the pass through caps.
