"What is the maximum input power? I am looking at about 300mW @ 144.390 for

HI Mike,
If I understand your question, you have 300 mw now from some sort of APRS
transmitter and wonder how to use the brickette for increased power.
Since this project was designed the amplifiers have become obsolete. The
replacement parts are very similar, but slightly different pin spacing and
greater power and gain. Rf Parts still shows a listing, and the data sheet can
be downloaded here (link follows)

It says 40 mw (max) for 7 watts output.
If my guess concerning your intended use is correct, you could use a 10 db
attenuator on the "Brickette" input.
