[DSP-10] Voltage readings and more

Hi Don,

I must admit I am baffled. I cannot come up with anything new to check.

I think you are on the right track. If I had the DSP-10 here, the first  
thing I would do is peak the coils in transmit with a power meter  
connected to the coax connector coming from J3. The tune up has this step  
done in receive.

All the checking you have done seems to suggest that the RF amps are  
working and the drive is very low. That is just my best guess from a  
distance.

I attached a picture of the cabling of how my DSP-10 is connected.  
orientation is with the regulators at the bottom and connectors to the  
left.
