[DSP-10] W1GHZ meets WA5VJB

There is a "weak signal" net on Friday evening, usually run by ralph, 
K6TSK I believe.  Am not on 1296 myself.  Point the beam toward DM03, I 
think he is located in Cypress.  I can watch for next weeks announcment 
for the net checkin frequency.
