It's not exactly DSP-10 related, but the HAARP EME tests near 40
meters (yes forty meters) last weekend provided a Space Radio
opportunity. Their operation was a lot like EME2 mode. This is my
reception report to HAARP with the attachment removed. The full
report with several interesting screen captures is at the link
indicated.

Begin forwarded message:
I copied the HAARP EME tests on 2008 January 20 UTC on both frequencies.
This is N5BF/6 located at 34.212 North, 118.222 West on the north rim
of the Los Angeles basin. Receiver was a Kenwood TS-680 amateur
transceiver with general coverage high frequency reception. The main
antenna was a Gap Voyager DX-IV four band vertical (160, 80, 40, and
20), known to perform best on 40 meters.
The transceiver was coupled to Argo, a PC based audio signal
integration program from which I made several instructive screen
captures. One of the better ones is attached here. Time in the
display is local, Pacific Standard Time: UTC - 8.
A more complete report with additional screen captures appears on my
website.
