Sure enough, I'm seeing around 2.0 - 2.5 dB ripple there too with
peaks and troughs on the frequency scale that correspond to the
transmitter plot.  I've added a link there to your similar plot so
they can be viewed side by side and also a link to the QST article
where you can see the plots of both these filters on much more
macroscopic scales (Figures 3 and 5).
