[DSP-10] PC to DSPX communications problem

Hi all,
I am working to DSP10 but I have a communications problem with DSPX.
I am using a windows 98 PC with pure DOS  ( I start PC directly with DOS ) 
but, normally, UHFA  ( V 3.8 ) respond with a  Time out error. Rarely PC 
start and DSP10  work very well.
So I ask  if someone have had and solved this problem.
I don't use any DSP10 Hardware so the P101 connector is all open. I have 
also closed to gnd pin 7 of J101 ( HW ready signal ) but isn't yet working.
