[DSP-10] DSP 10 without hardware

Hi Jeremy....de Hermann F5VKQ.
Did you check your CFG-File and set  "hardware=0" and 
"hardware_ptt=0"  ????
If this is not done and you do not have the RF-hardware connected to 
the DSP proc. box you will nevre get over this
screen.
